By using the SCOUTT ™ and completing this assessment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Data Collection & Storage

  • Your assessment answers, email address, and account information are stored in your user profile.
  • This information is used to generate your personalized program recommendations, display past results, and improve the SCOUTT™ algorithm.
  • Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • For payment processing, SCOUTT™ uses Stripe, which securely handles all credit card information. Dr. L Explores, Inc. does not store full payment details.

2. Use of Recommendations

  • The Orientation Page you receive is informational only. It is not a recommendation or endorsement of any training program.
  • Programs are not vetted, endorsed, certified, or guaranteed by Dr. L Explores, Inc., the SCOUTT™ Michele L. Goodbread DMSc, PAC, or Dr. L Cooper.
  • All content is generated automatically based on your assessment responses.
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating any program before enrolling.

3. Non-Refundable Purchase

  • Because SCOUTT™ results are delivered immediately after payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Account Access

  • You may log in at any time to view your saved assessment results and recommendations.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.

5. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, do not proceed with the assessment.
